How long will it take to receive my order?
Every Beckett & Bells item is carefully packed and inspected before shipment.
Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–15 business days, depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We’re happy to offer free shipping on all orders within the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia.
It’s our way of saying thank you for letting us be part of your holiday season.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow your holiday décor all the way from our workshop to your doorstep.
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction means the world to us.
If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Do you use eco-friendly or alternative materials?
Many of our decorations are made with traditional materials for a nostalgic feel, while others include modern alternatives for lightness and ease.
